Nobody cares about this conference call daddy issues show.
Ooooo the big merger, nail biter
Mencken’s working to put the deal through, Mattson double-crosses Shiv and is planning on putting Greg in as CEO.
Election overturned, Mencken out, Jimenez blocks the deal, Kendall comes out on top
Kendall fires Greg for choosing Mattson, Tom asks Kendall to fire him too which solves the election scandal and finally lets Tom choose family over career, Shiv and Tom move away together like they had laughed about before
Roman gets serious and tells Kendall he’s just like their dad. He tells Kendall he was never strong enough to cut his dad out of his life, but he won’t make that mistake twice. Tells Kendall they’re done, and goes to therapy
Kendall realizes everyone has left and he did become his dad, bitter and alone in exchange for power
Greg soldout shiv/matsson to kendall and rome. Can’t see matsson rewarding greg for the betrayal with CEO even if it’s an empty title.

Barry is my Romulus. Neglected but always at arms length.
Does anyone actually give a s*** about Mencken or Mattson
I just wanna see Kendall lose his soul and rule the empire

To me they’re like the nazi’s at the end of breaking bad
Ultimately there to be the final foil for the main characters and to let the writers do one final big quintessential moment that is what the show is known for
Breaking bad had a Walter white set up and plan execution hairbrained scheme with the gun and the car mechanic etc
This show has the final CEO/succession boardroom decision where the motives, egos and baggage will all clash and finally come to a head
Tom on top
Him working overtime during that night and how he worked his way there will show mattson hes the one
I hope we don’t get a time skip at the start of the episode cause you know how HBO likes to do left field s*** lmao

Tom is a f***ing loser just like his wife

25 years in the future after the Kendallbot goes rogue and kills Kendall, his daughter with three scenes becomes CEO
This is really the Show of a Generation
It really is, and the fact it'll be one of the most misunderstood shows
S***s depressing tbh
Kendall "winning" and becoming as isolated as his dad but failing to realize it and just being happy he won would be boring and on the nose and in line with everything theyve shown
Ken.
My hope is they mix fantasy with reality
Ppl with that much money don't lose. Life just carries on and they fall upward.
But I would hope for the audience's wishes, they all find themselves trapped in their own miserable hell
With my boy Kendall as the sole winner, however he may have to sacrifice his humanity and bond with his family to achieve it.

Read this as “he may have to bond with his family to achieve it” like that would ever happen
everybody dead
or it was all the dream
logan is actually in a coma from the plane and this was his dream
Menken doesn’t actually win the election
the kids realized they’ve sold their soul to the wrong candidate making ATN and their reputations essentially worthless
This might be the most realistic one yet
can’t see them having a “winner” in a show full of bad people. Plus they’ve been taking heavy inspiration from the Fox election hoax thing.
