Essentially want to have something where I can have the pop up windows that look like a Mac/PC

What website builder are you working with ? Or are you completely new and still in the ideas phase.

You just have to style your pop ups windows with some code. But there is more to it. It’s a shop. Then it’s responsive etc.

For a beginner this is hard. You need someone to help you with. I reckon you can a website like this for 1000$ from a coder friend and that times 5 from a coder friend of a friend.
