We can all agree that Kalos is mid though hopefully

Kanto, Sinnoh & Johto > The rest.

Kalos was so forgettable I forgot to include it on my list

I was gonna say I felt like you forgot one but even I forgot about that s*** I had to look it up just to make that post

If we're talking region only kalos is not the worst lmao its probably kanto. Kalos is at least interesting

Interesting? I don't remember a single thing about Kalos other than that city that's based on Paris

-Sinnoh because it has both Battle Zone and Battle Frontier
-Unova had lots of cool stuff too
-Hoenn's 3rd just for being so unique at the time
-Alola similar aesthetic to Hoenn but Hoenn's more iconic
-Johto was more interesting than Kanto in some aspects though we all know the coolest part about Johto was being able to access Kanto
-Kanto classic but has been surpassed
-Kalos I don't remember being that interesting besides the sundial

The jump from GBC to GBA was unmatched. Kanto/Johto were cool but relatively plain geographically except for a forest, an island and some caves.

Hoenn introduced so many biomes, forest, jungle, mountain, desert, expansive sea and underwater routes, plus weather.

Johto had that japanese aesthetic on lock tho. Plus the lore in johto is second only to sinnoh. Plus hg/ss gave the region a new look

Hoenn might have introduced it, but everything after it did it way better.

GBA to DS jump was better tbh

Real unique cities too, Fortree and Sootopolis, and the town built on top of the ocean. Can’t remember the name somehow even though I played those games for hundreds of hours

Kanto + Johto cause they are connected and the 2nd gen endgame content is awesome

Pacifidlog Town. The coolest thing about that town was that it wasn’t even apart of the story. It was just there and you can find it by just exploring.

Game Freak snapped when they made Hoenn for sure
