I got the 2012 nano. Still use it at the gym once in a while. It’s brazy how thin it is. Even got it working with my AirPods.
16gb tho
16 gb ain’t bad if you’re just using it for music

That's what I'm saying, how much music you got on that thing lol
I still have multiple 250gb iPod touches on the go. Streaming is handy for checking out new stuff but otherwise trash.

A strong DAC, Good bluetooth audio, a customizable EQ that doesn't mess up the audio, 3.5mm JACK!!! And a good battery to power it all.
and more than 64GB
and more than 64GB
Oh for sure. Would love to see SD card support since music playback doesn't need a super fast "hard drive".
It's actually incredible how anti consumer these things have become. They used to try and jam pack features people wanted with every iteration, now they're like
"we only offer 256GB models because you can just use the cloud now"
No one who knows how technology works would ever want to relinquish physical storage for cloud storage. It makes very little sense.
Mmm saveable parametric and graphic eqs you can assign to songs or albums or playlists or headphones/speaker connections
Isn’t this just presets with extra steps?
The nano had this game that would ask you trivia based on the music you had downloaded
Would bring that back that was fun
