Gucci has to be 1 in terms of influence and legacy
Lowkey up there in overall quality output too ( songs and features)

Ngl this one hard as hell.

What I will say though is, No other hip hop city is touching ATL in terms of pure talent. Other places may have better fashion or lingo at times, but ATL has consistently produced some of the best talent ever known to hip hop.
