i understand the gripes and hate behind the Buu saga, but it gave us Vegito #THEGOAT so im not tryna hear it

Saiyan Saga is sorta drab outside of the Goku v Vegeta showdown imho, ik @Brave might kill me for this s***

if it wasn’t for the fusion and other iconic variants in the Buu saga they gave us like Majin Vegeta and plus his fight with SSJ2 Goku, i’d have it at the bottom for sure

Buu is so absurdly broken that entire show it’s borderline satirical

23rd WT Saga/Saiyan Saga the actual peak of the series, the twists of the Cell Saga masked the fact that Toriyama was clearly running out of gas by that point. I appreciate how silly the Buu Saga could be but they dropped the ball so hard in the second half of the arc.

I have an absolute deep rooted comfort for the low stakes, peaceful, cozy vibes of the quieter saga’s so if I was to divorce the Super Sayaiman/World Tournament from the overall Buu saga, I would put that first

gohan in college, videl, goten and trunks, goku getting to slide back to earth and everyone reuniting for fun competition
