not in my opinion, it doesn’t feel cold, it comes out warm they just on set it down for way less time. the outside has a char too it so it doesn’t look raw, but the inside is very red

edit: speaking from the prospective of filet mignon, that’s usually the only type of cut of steak i eat at restaurants. or i’ll grill it in the summer time
