Nisen Mono are the illegitimate kids, meat are other kids, presumably born around the same period and classified by the Heily. Since this Morena is meat, she's not a royal, not even a b\*\*\*\*\*\*. The real Morena was one, and presumably the leader or was in position to inherit the position of Heily leader. This one killed her, buried her in her "grave", so presumably she's dead, and assumed her identity.

this guy wrote a whole chapter explaining an elaborate negotiation card game that might not be complicated but still end up complex enough to cover multiple chapters - and then the marital law comes out of nowhere, despite you as a reader knowing that it's coming

Im guessing the kiss did something, or morena is that good at making people feel empathetic towards her. Perhaps getting to know morena through all those questions changed borksen's mind (and maybe thats what morena bet on) or she's willing to join her to get herself a nen ability to at least survive or "betray" morena later. Either way, its very interesting and im still quite mesmerized by togashi's ability to give seemingly small characters nobody would care for entire chapters of characterization and presence. Borksen, like hinrigh, theta and kaiser for example, would never entice anyone at a first glance, yet togashi makes even their presence interesting enough to spark discussion and a***ysis. It certainly doesnt make a casual reading easier or smoother, but the added complexity makes this whole arc highly re-readable and layered so i very much like it.
Also morena is the goat, i love her more with each new chapter, might dethrone tserri in antagonist ranking if she keeps it up
