Lol im a bit more optimistic, i feel he's just that inspired after the reception he's gotten on twitter. If he's going this fast because of the back pain i feel be wouldnt have the strength to ink more than 1 page. Or these were simply pages full of dialogue so there was nothing hard to complete

oh im not saying that he's not happy about the fans' enduring interest in HxH but I still think he'd rather the story stop at a natural spot and would like to get their sooner rather than later bc of his back pain and possible Miura's passing and Togashi seems to want to be the one that gets it there rather than a team of others

After what happened with yyh, i think he'd rather not end the story than rushing it. Since we're talking about succession, an unnaturally fast pacing would lowkey ruin the arc for me. He spent 30 dense chapters setting up what could be one of the highest peaks of the series, plus all of the different actors and scenarios that need a conclusion. I also think he knows his body and is not afraid of taking long pauses, otherwise we wouldnt have waited 4 years. I like to think hes greatly motivated to keep going and that the twitter account means he'll try his best to keep fans updated for a long time, hiatus or not. Im not going in with the expectation that he'll end the story either soon or in the next years, and anyways both of us are just making assumptions based on one tweet lmao, we should just be grateful he's giving us something
