It’s was a active decision I made because the shooter is probably very erratic and who knows if he’s on coke which could make him make behave brash and any quick movements could probably trigger him

Nov 7, 2020ooh nooI was jogging today while I was stopped at a intersection some nigga ran out from a adjoining ally until he was no more then 20 feet to the left of me started shootings at a car in traffic, he was shooting for almost 2 minutes
I just froze, and when it was finished I just walked back home instead of completing my jog. Alot of thoughts where running through my head, like I need to take more precautions
