when it comes to music loona and red velvet consistently release the best music in the genre imo (although loona's last 2 singles have been a bit more on the weaker side, the stuff they released in 2016-2018 is the best) so those are 2 artists I'd recommend in a general sense of quality.

I have no problem saying they were, it’s just that that’s not what dude was even asking about
