He was even making NY boom bap cool again and giving Joey a second life
!https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eEYO0rKL6vkloveeeeeee this song, always remember it & revisit it, never gets old
It makes sense
They both have worked with artists for reasons outside of the artists undeniable talent. Either to have a certain image (look at all of those whos all over the last Kendrick album) to stay current (rich the kid collabs, too many Kanye collabs to even say)
Just because they hyped a guy up I wouldn't say "wow they must really believe in this dude!" Especially when I listen to the music and it's complete and total butt
XXX popped out at DAMN tour, it’s okay man. type less lol

You make valid points but Kendrick tweeting that out shows me he believed in X a little more than just tryna follow a trend.
What you say is valid though

what the difference between embodying the change and being a part of it

I DON'T FEEL THE PAIN NO MORE
They were young and just starting out…
I don't think it's an insult to say they couldn't single handedly change the course of music.
Imagine if Roddy Ricch died in 2020 how people would talk about him
damn wtf i didnt even know this

I'm not scapegoating four guys for everyone else's shortcomings. The industry is what's broken
I mean Rapsody might disagree

Paak with Tints and Black Panther

Sure, not single handedly
but in context the @op mentioned them all in tandem
Together they could’ve all made some sort of impact

What problems do you think they were fixing?
