I’m not an expert on sociopaths. I would assume their lack of empathy, lying, and repeatedly hurting the people the lure in. Some are charismatic and easily able to make friends other are different.
Just move with people that give you good vibes.

they don't care whether or not their actions or words affect the folks around them.
