I usually can't and last night I counted my breaths 1 in and 2 out and that actually helped me

makes sense if you can focus your thoughts to something mundane and simple, you're basically telling your brain it can relax

    that's it

    Air purifier
Do some sit ups before sleep
Get flux app that removes blue light from your computer
Go to bed at a set time
Do not use computer screen/ mobile device two hours before bed time ( we all need to work on this)
    Deep breathing exercises
Look for a proper pillow & matress blankets/sheets setup
Find the right sleep position for you
Listen to a relaxing voice lull you there
There’s a sleep therapy app that uses select tones
    Eat more fruit
Exercise with a routine every day
    Less video gaming
Listen to radio lab podcast 😎
Cut out high salt & sugar
    Eliminate coffee

A combination of these will get you there.

I usually do breathing exercises for like 10 minutes in a dark room. Then I close my eyes and go to sleep
