My bad that was bad advice, don’t wanna make you more anxious. I was a chronic nail biter for a while and what helped was wrapping tape around the tips of my fingers so you have a tactile reminder every time you touch your face. It’s kind of a pain in the ass to do but it might be worth it

used to do the same thing, figured it was my own version of nail biting type s***. Super trash habit just had to remind myself not to. Would end up with bald spots in my facial hair smh

when i was a teenager i couldn’t stop popping my zits. no lie it would give me a rush everytime i popped them until i learned to control myself mentally to not do it. easier said than done tho
