Then greasers/modders, thugs, gangsters, etc.Guns, d****, and s***carry a hedonistic personality that is always taboo in a culture. So its no surprise that people, especially the youth, try and subvert that culture. Maybe they want the rush, maybe they wanna look cool, maybe it looks comforting, or maybe they wanna stick it to their parents/the “man”. Im p sure anyone with a lick of self-awareness who didnt want to be in that culture would tell you it sucks ass.
It sells, its eye candy, and only until it stops packing arenas and getting interviews will it go away
I get the rationale behind it 100%. Which is why I'll be happy when people move on to the next trend.. I think like a poster earlier said though it's sort of already shifting. People like Rod Wave seem to be moving things in a different direction.
