I don't have much experience in design (other than basic stuff while collaborating with UX people on some work projects) but honestly I'd suggest starting from some basic stuff like the Microsoft Office templates for CVs:
templates.office.com/en-us/resumes-and-cover-letters
And I'd also suggest completely dropping the rating part.
I had that for some months on my very first job search and at best it didn't get any consideration and at worst it got picked out for the vaguely maxed out ratings, which were obviously hard to defend.
Also all that space would be more useful if used to expand on the professional experiences, which are way too short imo.
The way you put the references also looks a little bit unprofessional, I don't have a suggestion on how to improve this tbf but if you can't then I'd definitely drop this part as well.
In general, expand more on education and professional experiences, and make all the rest shorter (the profile as well imo, shouldn't take all that space).
i’ve interviewed and hired brand designers. this resume wouldn’t make the cut sorry
How would they even know how to contact Scott??
They gon have to talk to me for that
Tito on an entirely different level of consciousness than the rest of us
I do look forward to his threads because I have no idea how many levels of irony this man is on
bro got ktt as a reference he really about this life
Update in OP
looks excellent but i've always been told to not use skill ratings, also your dots for them are mad ambiguous
What's wrong with skill ratings? I got them in my CV, but I feel like they a trap. I don't have work experience yet, so I can't really lie and give myself all 5 stars in everything but I also feel like it looks bad to have a bunch of 3 star ratings

You're setting yourself up. It's hard to accurately gauge how good you are at something because that's a rating you gave yourself and you may fall well short of that rating compared to what they're looking for.
I said I was 4/5 in Google A***ytics and they pulled my card and asked me to do a bunch of tasks while watching me
Didn't get the job

I'm in law, so they can't really give me a practical task to do on the spot
But I think I'll remove them tbh, you either gotta lie or expose your own weaknesses. Neither seems like a good idea
