Exactly this. There's a way to enjoy the holiday season without being all-out festive about it. I like the crisp and cool air, listening to "airy" music that fits the whole mood, enjoying warm/hot drinks, staying cozy in my room, wearing comfy hoodies/sweatshirts and sweatpants, dressing well, etc.

I like Christmas time, but not necessarily Christmas Day. Christmas Day is a bit sad when you know everything is coming to an end and you have to wait another for the same feeling again.

Seems like I care less and less about Christmas each year, but I'll always love the feeling this time of year. It's always nice being cozy despite the cold outside. Something about that contrast is very nice and calming. You don't have to go all-out festive to enjoy the holiday season. I hope it's the same for you.

I don't like Christmas Day itself, but the entire holiday season is nice. Just being able to have time off and all.
