BushmanateFor those that don’t really know - he’s a major label artist, therefore his only appeal is working with major label artists.
This is why Dave, Loski, Headie One (I think) have all been promoted by Drake in the past.
If you go further down to the street level there’s no appeal in him giving back to artists who aren’t even artists to begin with, who just brag about killing people and watching their mums cry.

I was talking in context about UK rappers. People are confused in here which artists are in which genre / sub genre.

Also anyone claiming drake uses UK slang clearly isn’t from Toronto... the flows may be inspired by the UK but you’ll hear all the same slang and talk in other Toronto artists songs

And to OPs point I think he’s a bit more reluctant to hop on a drill artists tracks cause it’ll make it look like he’s taking sides in the street wars. He faced the same backlash when supporting Toronto artists. He might put on one artists only to have another 10 turn salty and take it personal

Drake can’t be the one to take the hit all the time and shouldn’t be expected to. Instead of expecting other artists from the UK to give them a platform the responsibility is put on Drake only for him to be disrespected after the fact, nah if you’re not looking for other artists from the US to do more don’t expect it from Drake.

I'm not a Drake stan but I appreciate his music and I think he's done a lot for Grime artists like Skepta and road rap guys like Giggs (I guess he's drill adjacent?). I just am saying I wish he'd do the same for UK drill artists by hopping on tracks, not trying to say he's done nothing for them or that he's required to do so.

none of those guys are drill artists
I appreciate what he did for grime / road rap but drill is a very different scene, nowhere near as big
kinda sucks that this thread got moved to Drake sxn cause now it's just gonna be stans in the thread... I appreciate those of you who are engaging but for the others - not everything is an attack on you or your artist! I'm a Drake fan smh

He does a lot for everyone that works with him man lol. Idk how much more you’d want someone as busy as Drake to do.

Nah I feel you, I think we’ll definitely hear a collab with a driller but you can’t really expect dude to pull anyone making drill tracks out of their situation... like how many features is he really going to give out
And to your point about NY drill not needing the co-sign, he’s free to jump on whatever he wants if he f***s with it
