Bro head 30 minutes north and u got Gwinnett and Buford they more diverse (as far as black people) up that way yeah it’s bougie and some snobby whites up that way but it’s probably where you’ll find better folks to hang with than dekalb (I’m from Decatur)

I say this as someone who almost committed suicide because of those things

They won't do anything for you except make the void bigger

To find happiness you need to set goals and start searching for peace within yourself

U are 20 bro u don’t need to be thinking about no Tesla and u can have those hobbies and cool clothes working a regular job right now
U don’t need a gf like that that’s a desire
Need money for an apartment so try to work

U can do a lot of that stuff but it won’t appear out of thin air. Having a job also takes ur mind off s*** trust me. Even if u gotta u er to and from work tags better than not making money at all

sure but it’s the same thing with them too

if I base my happiness around me being successful in music I got two options

1. I never become successful and I’m unhappy

2. I become successful am happy briefly and then realize that my fundamental brain chemistry is no different to before I’m just now successful at music

you gotta learn to find enjoyment in the little things instead of it constantly being about setting a goal that will somehow make you happy and fix all your problems

And I say this as someone’s who’s struggled w that their entire life

He need to focus on the music and have a job that will get him bread and take his mind off things. I understand having a dream girl but cmon that’s a very specific type u don’t know what u might be missing out on can’t live life like it’s streamlined like that

For me I really do enjoy making music and other little small things in life

I’m looking at a PS5 40 pairs of shoes and a MacBook I’ve wanted since i was 11 right now and I’m still sad as s***

And bro I understand how u feel about not fitting in cause I’m obviously not on the type of s*** that a lotta niggas around here Try to be on but I still f*** with some of them. Don’t act like u too good for them or they too ratchet cause all of us not. And u gotta not be in places like Lennox trying to find people cause u already know what time it is. Get out the city and find people there or go to the north side or find people around that’s like u may not be easy but they out there u know this

You should also try mindfulness meditation - apps like headspace
And then you also just gotta go to therapy bro that’s the biggest thing you need someone to talk to who knows what they’re doing
