BigSkinnylot of the drivers ed and dmv cars for tests have a secondary brake on the passenger side. My driving instructor told a story where someone was in the middle lane of 3 and tried to turn left across the entire road to get to something and they got t-boned
Driving school places might have those but I had to use my own car, well my parents, when I went to take my actual driving test at the DMV.
