Yeah as someone who had their license since the earliest I could legally obtain it I can tell you I was not prepared to be a competent driver. Lead foot and reckless tendencies. Fortunately driving is safer now with newer tech but that still doesn’t excuse the fact that people of all ages are not truly qualified to operate a vehicle.
