these tech idiots never ponder "who is asking me to make this and for what reason?" after all, there's money to be made and they are paid handsomely not to dwell on the thought. I recently read an article on Palantir's govt infiltration and some of the current and former employees were somehow surprised at how their tech is being used. as if their bosses arent the most outspoken techno-fascists in the country with numerous interviews laying out the whole game plan
hell, they were more worried about the company getting a bad reputation ffsIts a double edge sword. These tech niggas are usually on the autistic spectrum which makes them book smart and highly intelligent when it comes to specialized fields but they have a blindspot when it comes to human nature which leads to them being taken advantage of and used by the neurotypicals that have malicious intent.
