I saw this thread like 6 months ago and back then I was using AI chat from time to time like I thought for therapy, sometime just to look up for some dumb facts.
But now I think that it is truly bad and probably can lead to psychosis as HealthyGamerGG said

About AI chats it is like I feel this urge to write to it pretty often sometimes even instead of writing to my real friend as it answers immediately, but I think it is like talking to yourself and it lets this machine make a copy of you like in WestWorld. It is a cliche but I think human brain is not good with handling 24/7 available AI friend.
On services that let you 'create' art, I think it is like a slot machine where not much depends on me, I can write songs and music by myself as much as my talent allows me to do, but even putting my human lyrics in Suno AI makes me feel weird afterwards like they are getting stolen.
And just to finish this train of thoughts, I also hate how some old(is it an offensive term?) like this bullshit. Like Ye was releasing AI music, Trump drops those awful AI generated stuff, I even saw people who make video essays and who I assume wouldn't use AI to write the speech, but seeing AI preview makes me doubt them.
