Jim HalpertI feel like I never should’ve become so dependent on gps for that reason I feel it’s made me dumb in that regard.
I have never nor will ever use it but it seems that it’ll take all jobs that don’t require motivating others (teaching coaching ect)
I like this article, it argues that in the future more and more people will be working in a new 4th so-called ‘relational’ sector instead of services or manufacturing (which contains care, education, hospitality, therapy, personal services, craftsmanship, and community).

It will take a long time for developers to make ai features feel natural. You lowkey have to redesign the software entirely to make it work
This is a big reason why ai is a bubble. Software isnt naturally designed to work well with ai features
Brother a girl know spent a week creating a website using ai. It has JavaScript graphics, a backend for user provisioning (that doesn’t work), and a bunch of modals.
But it isn’t responsive on mobile. So if you go on the website with your phone it renders as if you were on a pc and you can’t scroll up down left or right.

Being good at coding is like math it requires a certain temperment in addition to intellect and mental visualization abilities that most people just dont have so im not worried that there will be a day soon where everybody is coding

This is what people think will happen, but the reality is that AI will end up becoming paywalled so these corporations can squeeze any money they can. It’s going to be a luxury for the wealthy, like everything else
