I tryed using my clonazepam prescription as an excuse and still didn't work.

Since I have the keys to the office, the bosses usually show up at like 11-12'ish.

So I kinda lock the whole office and take a rest whenever I can.

But the entrance is all window so if I was to take a nap with my feet on top of the desk, well they would be able to see me.

Which they did.

Hence why I got fired.

Is it a retail store? Because if it is then I can see why they fired you. By locking the doors you're denying potential paying customers and costing them money.

I was like in that picture, just sleeping with my feet in a similar way and with sunglasses on.

If you told them about the prescription AND the possible side effects of the d*** before you fell asleep at the job then you could have a case. If you didn’t they have every reason to fire you and the best case is you try to get your job back. I feel your pain op and I truly wish you the best, good luck.

Had ya feet all on the desk? You were tooo comfortable my guy. Straight lookin like a slacker I would’ve gotten you out of the paint too. If your head was slouched it would look like you dozed off but clearly you kicked up like it’s your home so it’s gonna look like you either don’t care/slacking and have done this more than once.

Had doors locked and everything not subtle AT ALL. Even knew about the windows but gave less of a f*** and was sloppy.
