Just got scammed, met this guy online who was selling games and I bought one for about $30 but he never sent the game. What should I do? I noticed when I try to report a problem through PayPal the only option is to say this is an unauthorized transaction or an incorrect amount. How do I go about reporting that I got scammed and need a refund?

Look at your payment on paypal, should be some sort of description.

hmm only reason i ask is that on the report a problem part of the payment page it should have a place to open a case and the seller would have to provide a tracking number with confirmed delivery

but if it was as a friend it wouldn’t give you any of those options

you’d have to contact your bank or credit card in that case or try unauthorized transaction and just tell paypal you didn’t know how it happened
