Lots of people want to pursue some artistic s*** but chose a "safer option" I have respect for people who resist that pressure πŸ™πŸΎ hope you make it big

Kinda wish I stuck with drawing as a kid. Was good enough to impress people but never took it serious.

It's a cool lifestyle - funny enough though I sometimes envy those who chose the traditional school route because it can be very nerve wracking having to rely on figuring things out yourself for the next 30-40 years

That's honestly the beauty of it
Plus tbh i could have never seen myself going to uni or anything tbh

Been into music pretty much since qn enfant
Writing, poetry, sound etc all started way back already

    This freedom we have
No strict rules regime, i love it

We making our own world out there for others to come in and explore
Tell me how many ppl actually able to do that?

Sometimes a shame how SoundCloud/YT rappers wasted the standards, niggas all dling beats SMH
Arts is about the creation and freedom

    But thanks!
Art is still a heavily ridiculed lane tbh profession wise
But i think thats cause of the huge misconception around the artist world and what exactly "artistic" talent defines
I believe most still see us as parasites, as we be "ourselves" and get loads of admiration and money for it(pop stars are tho lol)

But they fail to realize not everyone has "that* vision or keen eye/ear to read between the lines and actually articulate what they see..

They dont realize alot of artists stop early on cause they lazy cause they didnt expect the amount of work and studying u actually have to put in
We cannot spend loads on fancier materials, resources, schools, manuels etc and be guaranteed that we will actually make "Beatles" tier music nor are there objective standards either

People need to realize theres a billion ways to go here, which means theres a billion ways more to fail too
Thats why people get discouraged when they start out

Putting yourself out there as a human while your being represented by art you made.
That requires alot, but that at the end is still the main goal

But thanks op should be more ppl like u out there irl
