Billboard usually jam packed with some bs

doesnt even take into account songs that fell off quick, or songs that werent top 10 but still sold the most overall

thats not what top 10 means

"best" would be what lasted the longest on top 10 + what has sold the literally most as singles units - if youre going for a greatest hits type of album rule but for all of billboard or music in general or whatever
