i went december 2018 to i think july of last year without a haircut

i was working a hospital shift and my patient asked me what my name was, i told her and she asked “what was it before” i’m like wym, she says “wait were you born a guy?” she was like 60 and had mad dementia but still that was enough for me to get a cut the next day
