Because the black American experience is a one of a kind experience in human history and unless you’ve lived through it, you can’t really speak on it. The closest would be what happened in South Africa with apartheid

you’re allowed to speak, I’m simply explaining to you why black people in America get upset when others try to speak for their experience they’ve never faced. On one hand, I completely agree with you that every ethnicity's experience is unique and should be respected.
I just think it's stupid focusing on that and consequently splintering into subgroups which deprives any possible movement of collective clout.
