id love to see jay experiment. i feel like hip hop is at the place right now that jay-z claimed his intellect has always been at. the definition of what constitutes hip hop is so loose he could have fun, ruffle feathers, everything. there is still so much to say and do.
but i really get the feeling from jay that he's never wanted to take his artistry that seriously, it was always a means to an end. that's probably why he's been screaming he's a business man since forever. but i do think it would be dope to witness what he would come up with if, at his age, he did his homework the way his wife just did.

something that matches this basquiat aesthetic he has going right now. some danny brown or jpegmafia type of beats, he could even hypothetically ask Ye to lend him a bit of his crazy, he would know what to do with it.
but yeah, either way imma be back in this thread next year, hoping for a *quality drop

Yeah i am firm believer in this . Since 2014, they've been doing the co-headliner tour thing after both of their albums drop. So it only makes sense forthem to do it again.
