I just realized Kanye is transitioning into being a Christian performer. No cursing. Rapping around his choir. Not really being the center of attention but still existing. Mastering music not about secular stuff. I think he’ll perfect this like he’s literally perfected everything else and create the non secular MBDTF relatively soon seeing as how he’s been doing it literally every Sunday for over a year. He’s just practicing in public. This Olsteen performance and the opera kind of made me realized what he’s trying to do

If that was the case he’s probably misguided, the way society is headed I don’t see Christianity being timeless, especially in America. Society is becoming more secular

I disagree. Christianity has produced some of the most timeless art ever created. Even if religion completely dissapeared, the sistine chapel would still be one of the greatest art pieces ever created. He can do that in music form.

Its alot of Christian work thats survoved secular societies and can.The same way secular or non Christian work has survived in America.

Great art is great on its own

Michelangelo’s work alone is a testament of what can be created in the belief in Christ. Mozart as well. Both literally did it for Christianity

Let’s think about it like this. His best album to most people is My Beautiful DARK TWISTED Fantasy and 808s and HEARTBREAK. Can you imagine for 10 plus years always having reference 2 albums that were created in his darkest mindsets of his life. JIK was the beginning of peaceful Ye. Joyous Ye. The grandparents and the kindergarteners can now blast his music. He’s just getting his footing. Today marks a revolution in his artistry with his opera and the message and tonality of his shows. This truly is the greatest artist to ever exist

He doesn’t need to do anything other than what he’s been doing. JIK was beautiful and the message is bigger than a few flaws in the engineering of it. The message is extremely loud and clear throughout and if it isn’t it’s clear as day in the title

He began Ye with I feel like killing myself; not quite. I think anything before he found God was him battling with some form of demon. He was dealing with Candace type manipulation during KSG if I recall correctly
