um there is something called Carter 2 and Carter 3? + The original C3 with songs like I'm Me, Pray To The Lord, Something You Forgot, Gossip, Trouble etc. was still gonna be better than anything Nas ever did(and i love Illmatic, It Was Written and OG I Am)

both C2 and C3 are better than Illmatic. Carter 2 is top tier street rapping with fantastic production. Carter 3 is top tier album musically with insane amount of charisma. Nas can't do a song like 3 Peat, but Wayne can do a song like NY State Of Mind(Tha Mobb, BM JR.) It's obvious that you are one of those old heads that think everything about 90s rap is 1000/10 but you gotta accept the fact that Wayne is the most special rapper of all time. Btw 2021 Wayne would outrap 2021 Nas with ease.

I love C2 and C3.. especially 2. And I agree that Wayne has done some different things.. they're different artists. But better than Illmatic? Not to me anyway.

Also I prefer current Nas by a lot.
