The last time they “shifted the culture” was when they tried to put their city on the back of a raindbow haired pedophile Mexican that says the n word and disrespects dead people he never even met

6ix9ine told the world stop gangsta rap is back, then the world brought the f***ery to his doorstep. 6ix9ine was trolling and exposing all the f***ery going on during the summer of 2018 all facts. You see you on the Side of the f***ery

Lemmie tell you something, the screamo wave he was on with Hell sing station, zeta zero, gummo was a real authentic genre shifting moment but how many distractions and controversies did he receive simply for popping off.

They killed good screamo rap and I don't want to say this but they tried to kill NY drill with the death of pop smoke I think the lesson here is New York bred artists should protect themselves because they are trendsetters.

What the hell u talkin about op?

  • Don't kill the dream of 6ix9ine on a drill beat :sixcards:

all of this is facts. people will try to deny it bc of how bad a person he is but at one point 6ix9ine was making really not only hard but interesting sounding music. Zillakami & Sosmula were doing it first but 6ix9ine, similar to Pop Smoke, had a voice & a tone that made him stand out.

NY always comes back with rappers on the cutting edge. but they never stay around bc a lot of the biggest people / gatekeepers in NY hip-hop are involved in street s***.

Man, talk to ‘em. I can’t deal with people from that city. I really can’t. The delusions of grandeur is too much.

  • GhostDeini718

Yeah it’s our s*** and it’s popping here.

You really think NY cares what’s happening outside of 5 boroughs?

Lol we never did and never will.

The whole hip hop genre is stolen from us and so what?

You just tight af that you live in irrelevant bum ass city that never had its own sound or any relevancy.

    Suck my d***

Man, y’all ain’t influenced s*** since Jim Jones put on a pair of True Religions. If we talking impact, y’all pride yourselves on the most and do the least. I’ve never seen a city pat itself on the back so much for such little contributions to the culture. In fact, y’all almost extinguished the work the rest of us put in in that regard when you premiered 6ix9ine.

Your music, your sports, and your quality of life garbage, but keep tryna tell the rest of us how much you run s*** ‘cause Cam wore pink one time, bozo.

St. Louis. At least we self-aware enough to not pretend Nelly is what he was.

I'd argue Bobby brought gangsta rap back to the mainstream and 6ix9ine rode on that void. The screaming rap he definitely brought mainstream though.
