I think maybe because he collaborates with so many people outside of America, and just by virtue of his skin tone and being Jewish, there’s a cognitive dissonance where “black” is just not the first thing that comes to mind when you think of Drake, which is…good? I fw all of these points. I think something that people may not think about is like all of the fan bases he's catering to he is also not delivering to on some level which when you add up everyone he's trying to please. It can really make it seem like it's a lot.
