That's the first video I did and what initially inspired it all. I was like "this record is way too hard to not have a video" 🤯. Especially when you play it in the whip full blast.
Idk I kinda like the video the way it is. But I get it. As an editor I'm always seeing room for improvement and things I would've changed. To not drive myself crazy I gotta find some level of satisfaction or else I couldn't move on.
Did you catch the part on the first hook where he's getting pulled up by the lasso of "truth" by wonder woman? There's little things like that I wonder if people caught or not

yea the ideas are clever...also you must have spent hours pouring through the footage. I just think the aesthetic would be a bit more cohesive if you stuck with one visual style.

Yeah. That's what I mostly try to do now. But sometimes a scene will fit too good to not add, even if it technically doesn't fit. In The Truth, the part where he says "I been outside" had me looking for a throwback clip, so that's how those other parts end up in it.
