Drake is holding out on that sound because he knows how special it is. I think he’s trying for a more classic and current trend look with his twist on it which comes out incredibly still his sound. He’ll definitely use it again when s*** gets scrappy for him when he’s 50.
But that sound with 40 is so intensely unique

So I think it will always be a mix of producers.

Not not a full album, just want more tracks produced by 40 alone those tracks always stand out more. That sound just doesn’t compare to anything we’ve ever heard before. And the fact 40 really knows how to switch it up but it still has that distinct sound to it
