Sep 11, 2021Also even tho this is a highly divisive opinion I truly believe the fashion section back then was utterly phenomenal and groundbreaking because everyone was going way out of their comfort zone or out of the norm and wearing really unique stuff. Now (almost) everyone looks like they just pulled a photo of of Instagram. There are a few fashion gods still left but they are a very rare breed.
You can literally go and post a goodwill fit and if you took the picture in good lighting and an aesthetically pleasing environment people will grovel at your feet.

edit: forgot to mention now a product manager for a tech startup, just google salary for product manager in los angeles. with 3+ years exp thats why i have stock options, corner office, in addition to my 125k sal

The only thing I miss was out of that chaos was that some of the threads in general were a lot more creative and genuine. Every classic thread was inadvertently viral on ktt instead of people being lame and fishing for a hit thread now

Classic threads felt natural. Nowadays “classic” threads are forced as s***. And sometimes you can tell some threads be cap.
