    Nobody said he a top-tier lyricist. But he has creative punchlines and delivery. Add that to his production and composition ability, he is elite, #1, can’t be topped as an ARTIST

    Nah theres a difference. Kanye needed help on nearly every album. His writing was weak which is part of the reason jay didnt want him to rap. No1 eveever thought drakes writing was weak
