Are you actually buying the albums or just for show?
Also, are you enjoying all the albums you purchase?
oh and yes I've bought every single one, I'll have to update my spreadsheet but I'm well over 1.3K spent
@op youd be realer doing this on bandcamp for lesser known artists
yes but, I have to grow an audience
You can't start doing it with lesser-known artists because your videos will get no reach at all.
What you have to do is build an audience first and then you can branch out.
Yes I could've went out and supported lesser-known artists but I'd have much fewer followers and engagement.
But once the page has 10's of thousands of followers, buying a small artists album actually means something.
they're all under reels, are they not showing? This has actually been a problem in the past.
Ohhh nah theyre all under reels. Thought theyd show up in your regular feed aswell
Whyd u hate on SH3 cover man? Out
before, I would listen to every album I bought, that quickly ended because I fell way behind and realized I would never catch up.
Back when I wasn't doing request, I was actually buying albums I personally wanted and just wanted to own. But since I started taking prompts and request, I'm buying albums I never even heard of/knew existed (like some rock or rappers like city morgue)
I honestly don't listen to too much music anymore. That might sound weird because of the project but the project is mainly to support artists.
Nowadays the only way I consume music is that sometimes when I drive, I'll put my whole library on shuffle and just listen to whatever pops up. No skipping ever.
sooo you gave up

Would you be cool if I spin this idea into my demographic of anime like buying manga or anime music? I was trying to find some ideas for 2024 to keep up the momentum of growing my instagram

I can ask the artist Bella Nobre to post your reel/reaction for her album on her page and even to subscribe and make suggestion.
Your opinion can be good or bad, it's fine but if it helps you gain attraction :)
Why not buy them physically
Easier to access albums. Most of the time I'm buying these and posting the reel within the hour. Difficult if I have to go out and buy the albums / wait for them to arrive
