Idk I look at this site similar to how I view social media. I get how some could view it as a distraction but I still feel like it’s in your control. It’s just a place for discussions at the end of the day. And imo despite some s*** posting that happens on here it’s less “brain rotting” than doom scrolling.

I'd rather spend time with family, gf, friends, drawing, gaming, and watching anime vs posting on here in my free time. Practically, the only time I use this site is at work or reading during sets at the gym.
