Dont listen to that f*** nigga ong
Lol I won’t but it’s all good. I already knew I’d get that
It ain’t worth it nigga lol. That ain’t the part I’m wondering about
i actually refuse to believe most people cant talk themselves out of an hr crisis situation if she decides to claim some inappropriate stuff if you reject her advance(s). just let it cool out and dont spend unnecessary time with her. lowkey her telling you this is insanely weird and inappropriate

Did u not jus say he should hit
Ive been in similar situations
All u can do is be professional
If she gets aggressive u gotta remove urself from the situation. Tell her ur using the bathroom and never return type s***
I feel you. I don’t THINK it’ll get there but then again, if she’s this bold and I make her feel too comfortable, I can see her getting physical. I’ll try to prevent it before it gets to that point though

That’s how I feel. I feel like every single woman on my team would stand up in my defense. Plus, I have a good relationship with HR. The ONE time someone did try to complain to HR about me some years ago, about feeling disrespected, they thought the claim was ridiculous. Because they know me. But I do need to establish boundaries
Why don't you just let her know the deal and see what happens?
Tell her that while you may feel flattered, you are a married man and her manager and thus you do not want to continue this dance. Tell her that you will have to stick to professional or brief casual talk from now on.
If she doesn't respect that or if she starts trippin' then you can involve HR or warn her that her lack of professionalism could affect her employment.

In all honestly, this is how I should’ve stated things. I have a hard time of trying to dress things up nicely and trying to protect feelings. I did tell her I was restate that I was married and that I could never cross that line as her manager. It wasn’t as cold as it needed to be though
Stoped at 5’4.
I’m on their side. You’re a monster.
You’re on the side of her wanting to f*** me?
Get LL surgery before doing anything else then revisit this
Rather be short than an ugly, sauceless motherfucker like you :
i am a smooth operator 😏

It's because a part of you is enjoying this attention and at minimal risk would like to hold on to the feeling. Cant fault you tbh but time to put an end to it.
