Yes I've been there before, u gotta remember tho culturally and economically it's not that similar to america, most people speak Spanish many Spanish only, and they dont have the same culture around crime and policing, the general rule is if ur not in a place where u know people and the area u should be careful who u associate with cus u don't know what dudes is up to
