Every time I go to Mexico I tell my family how much I care about them my little cousin he’s like 15 he looks up to me and I try to set the best example for him while I’m with him bruh going through his little rebel phase right now so I be giving him advice on not to get to deep in the bullshit you can test waters but not drown bruh really f***ed with the advice i gave him wish I had somebody like that growing up tbh sometimes you just need to show the love and care it goes a long way when I was saying my goodbyes I told bruh I loved him fr and he said it back s*** made me wanna cry

Just to show y’all gotta really show the people you care you really love them they feel the same way it’s just hard to express it in the moment life is short

I can always do it in my imagination so easily, but irl its harder than one might think

Showing love or just doing those small little things does so much for people man, I try to go out of my way and do something small you never know how it can help.

I used to have a difficult time saying I love you when I was growing up, even to my parents. I was weirdly embarrassed about expressing my feelings, but recovering from depression snapped me out of that and now I tell everyone I care about that I love them on a regular basis. It's not a big deal for me anymore.

Luckily for me, most everyone in my friend group, male and female, is totally comfortable saying it back and sometimes I only started telling them because they said it first and I'm like OK, cool, that worked out.

I think it's one of those things that takes time and trust to get used to, but for me it's been really emotionally freeing.
