For being able to be so bad for so long. Every time I order something on ebay these guys use USPS and I never get tracking updates and it’s always “Saturday before 9:00pm” all day until it becomes sunday and they keep doing ts for another half week. I’m fine with a package taking the longer end of the time they said to ship it but don’t lie to me or at least be honest with your tracking. If I was always this late with my work I wouldn’t have an iphone to type this on im PISSED

as someone whose family has a long history with the usps, they're severely understaffed and not paid nearly enough for the work they do. it's a vicious cycle which is why their turnover rate is so high.

yes because we should run a public service that's designed to break even (and not turn a profit) like a business that's designed to make a profit.
