And even including Nicki, their work will forever be referenced when people discuss this era in music. These artists also treat their fans to a constant stream of wins.

Imagine you are a Kendrick fan and you have to make do with the crumbs of one album release per presidential term. Of course you will hate Drake fans who get a constant stream of annual anthems, moments, and hits

Yeah there's envy against the artist being successful and fans being pleased while you would stuck listening to the same old stuff that aged like milk. They usually hate on the same few songs and all that does is show you either didn't hear the rest or did and just hating just to hate.
