So the 80k one i think they all liked me but they claimed " it just came down to me and another candidate and they decided to go with him bc he had more experience"
Now the 50k one it was just one phone call i have no idea what happened the guy basically gave the position to me in the interview just for the recruiter to tell me they picked another candidate (i thought i was the only applicant). So f*** knows what went wrong behind the scenes

Had 4 rounds of interviews with Adyen, with the last one with the CTO. Recruiter and everybody saying they loved me, only for them to say they don’t have the capacity to train anyone new in their systems, so they will go for an internal hire for the role.
