ayo @Vega you might as well say it with your chest lil nigga mods can see your deleted posts
@Vega said trans people are gonna get classified as mentally ill
What does that have to do with this case?
The amber hearde trial made it even more difficult for me to choose a woman side during allegations
Once again the heard trial was not about whether or not depp was an abuser. They admitted to that in court documents
It’s about what heard said about his abuse and whether or not she could do such

This trial and the spectacle surrounding it gon set us back if a lot of ppl feel the same way as this

The second I saw YouTube compilations I knew it was ovet
If this was 2 years ago and u were a man ktt would’ve been on ur ass
I think it's a question worth asking at this point because she has definitely gotten a lot of support as a result of the incident and it's crazy that 2 whole years later, we still don't know what really happened.
I know both cases are different but this is like a type and shadow of the Johnny Depp/Amber Heard case. I love Johnny Depp as an actor and when Amber Heard accused him of domestic abuse, I immediately took her side and believed her story of events (as did the rest of the world and that greatly affected Johnny's life/career, probably beyond repair) but the case went to trail, new evidence came out and Amber Heard lost the case. I understand that Johnny Depp wasn't innocent like some people believe he was and that's usually how cases like this work out. Both parties usually did wrong things but one party took it too far and it's just wild that in this Megan/Tory case, 2 years have passed and all we have is still just her word against his. I'm glad the case is going to trial because I'm honestly tired of reading/talking about it.

it was abt whether amber lied abt her claims of depp abusing her
I REALLY hope for this woman's sake that Tory is not innocent. All of this is gonna look disgusting in hindsight.

Ah okay 👌🏾
I’ll read more about it

The most random celebrity court case about two rich white folk made you decide on how to approach general abuse and victim claims from women???
it was abt whether amber lied abt her claims of depp abusing her
No it wasn’t, it was a defamation case and they didn’t disprove any abuse but rather found that she defamed him with malice with her statement
she even won her counterclaim where a lawyer claimed that she had “roughed up a penthouse” to accuse depp. Basically meaning the court found depp guilty of the alleged abuse

Yeah, if the conclusion from the trial ends up being that Tory is innocent in ANY way, it'll do a lot to set back women being believed when they accuse men of violence and that's a scary thought, being a woman who knows the insane amount of violence women face at the hands of men till this day.

Believe women. One bad example shouldn't make you reach such conclusion. False accusations are not the norm. The % is quite low.
You don't have to pick a side, just wait it out instead if the case isn't crystal clear

they disproved a lot of abuse…intentionally lying is a significant part of defamation
and the roughing up the penthouse thing has nothing to do with depp; it was an inaccurate claim that depp’s previous lawyer made about amber. literally all words, 0% of them depp’s. tbh it was a pity verdict likely to achieve some compromise among jurors
