I work at corporate level as an IT consultant and I've been having problems with my manager & director to the point where I've asked for a transfer to another team but my Director is bullshitting and saying I need to engagement in meetings and in my work before he makes the decision of transferring me.
I hate what I do within my team and my director is literally putting forcing me to stay.... I've started applying for other jobs and I actually like the company I'm at but I want to dip from my team and idk what to do: quit and not have a job or quit The right way by having a job on deck
Not the best time to lf new job considering the massive layoffs, retrenchment happening now
High chance of a recession coming up, maybe even a depression
Might wanna keep that job for now king
Give your manager a stone cold stunner and flick everyone off as you leave while standing on desks chugging down cans of beer.

Does it matter? You're already prepared to quit. The worst case scenario is something you're comfortable doing, so what do you have to lose?

Ur right... just contacted someone from HR f*** it at this point
HR is loyal to the company not the workers
how would HR helping him move to another team be a problem?
